Of course we did some fishing. This is the Firehole River in Yellowstone.
The power went out in the whole little town of West Yellowstone and we were forced to buy our dinner from the only place that had a generator. The gas station. We had summer sausage, cheese and crackers. We even bought wine by candle light at the liquor store. Notice the glow stick in the middle of our plates. We kept the romance alive!
We're smiling because we were on our way to Papoose Creek Lodge, the luxury part of our trip!
