Here is the kitchen in the main lodge where we were served our meals. Papoose is a small lodge, but they specialize in very attentive service and fine dining. The food was amazing. As you can see, the kitchen is open so the guests can watch the food being prepared and interact with the chefs if so desired. It's hard to explain in words how great this place was. It had a real homey, cozy, casual feel, but very elegant and posh at the same time. The main lodge.
