July 4th Parade

Last week we met up with Justin, Emily, Max, and June for our local 4th of July parade. Before meeting up with them we had a nice breakfast at Waffle House which might be a new 4th of July parade tradition. We managed to find a shaded spot on the corner and once again the parade did not disappoint. Actually the parade itself was not stellar, but the excitement and looks on the kids faces was the best.
Harrison's outfit and shaker provided by his daycare for their parade.  He was so excited to wear it again! As we were walking back to the car his stars were falling off one by one. Construction paper does not hold up to the amount of sweat produced from 100 degree heat.

Max was especially cute in his sunglasses that he didn't take off once.
