I can't believe 10 months have passed. The top picture was taken in our hospital room the day after Henry was born. The bottom picture was taken a few days after returning home from the hospital. Henry still sleeps on my chest. We rock together every night before bed. The only difference 10 months later is now he will lift his head, look at me, then drop his head back on my chest for more rocking and cuddling. He occasionally reaches up and feels my face or pulls my hair. I hope today he still feels the same warmth, security, and love that he must have felt on that day ten months ago as we got acquainted in the hospital room.
