Little House on the Prairie

Last year Matt went turkey hunting and actually shot and killed a turkey, brought it home, froze it and then a few days ago I made a yummy dinner with one of the turkey breasts. I didn't really watch the show, but doesn't that sound 'Little House on the Prairie-ish' to you? And....it was actually pretty good. The turkey isn't as moist and juicy as the meat we are used to, but as Matt puts it - this turkey lived a long good life in the wilderness before it was shot and the other turkeys, although better in taste, lived their lives in cages, no sunlight, stacked on top of each other, shot with preservatives , fed unnatural things in order to make them taste better, (I'm not really sure what the process is) etc.
