The Trees are Blooming!

I say it every year. Spring is my favorite time of year. I love putting on a sweater for a cool crisp day in fall, I love cozy winter nights inside by the fire, I love hot muggy Indiana days with loud buggy noises at night during the summer, but I really really love Spring. It's new and fresh and happy. I love having the windows open, hearing birds chirp, seeing new growth on the trees, daffodils and tulips growing everywhere, the warmer temperatures, the longer days...oh I love it all. Unfortunately Matt, Harrison, and Henry are all sick, but it hasn't dampened our spirits. We had a wonderful day today. It was actually an odd day weather wise. The first half of the day was dark and gloomy with thunderstorms and a lot of rain. Then the clouds cleared and it was gorgeous with blue skies and temperatures in the high 60's. Here are a few pictures of our day.
If you can take your eyes off of that precious little boy, you will notice that our tree has beautiful huge pink blossoms.

Those are some cute boys.

We took another walk/trike through the neighborhood.

We introduced Henry to the Bumbo. He loves being a part of the meal time action now.

This was on our way to the bookstore to play with Thomas the Train. Harrison was so excited to wear his rain boots and to try out his new umbrella.

I made cookies during Harrison's nap.

He likes to sit on the floor to eat his snack every once and awhile. It makes him feel special.
